MICROBEPROOF TESTING COMMITTMENT

MicrobeProofTM is constantly testing against microbes and pathogens that cause infection, disease and harm. Our partnership with world class labs and testing facilities helps us to maintain leadership in microbe surface warfare. MicrobeProof products are tested at 99.99% or greater against the most dangerous viruses, bacteria and fungi – resistant bacteria such as Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE), and many more.

PATHOGENS TESTED

“The tested MicrobeProof antimicrobial film manufactured almost a year ago exhibits outstanding antimicrobial efficiency against all tested pathogens. We can conclude that MicrobeProof’s antimicrobial film based on the proprietary micro structured pattern in conjunction with the optimized chemistry has an overall superior antimicrobial efficiency and stability.”

C. Dif PROTECTION

Dramatic Protection for Nursing Homes, Surgical Centers and Hospitals

MicrobeProof surface protection is efficient against Clostridium difficile, which is one of the most common pathogens in nursing homes, and which is resistant even to very aggressive surface cleaners.

The antimicrobial efficiency of MicrobeProof’s CC-1014 film against C. dif has been tested at 95.96% which according to the ISO22196 standard, can be recommended as powerful antimicrobial surface protection against anti-C. diff for nursing homes and hospitals.

Medical-grade protection criteria against C. dif is 95%
MicrobeProof films scored 96%

HOW MICROBEPROOF TESTS vs COMPETITION

TESTING A LEADING ANTIMICROBIAL SPRAY

SHOWS THE SPRAY WIPES OFF

SCALE = 1/25 the width of a human hair

BEFORE (4:16PM)

Antimicrobial microstructures on a surface after being sprayed with a leading antimicrobial spray.

AFTER (4:22PM)

Antimicrobial structures do not exist from a leading antimicrobial spray even after one modest cleaning. In other words, it is a spray that works for a while until the surface is cleaned after which there are no  antimicrobial “spears”. At this scale we can see small dust or debris invisible to the naked eye – but no micro-structures.
