24 MONTH FULL SERVICE AGREEMENT
Welcome to Clean-a-Care with a 24 Month Full Service Agreement.
Clean-a-Care gives you peace of mind with a comprehensive support warranty and materials package where everything you will need is included to protect your staff and guests. With a low deposit and 24 easy payments your Clean-a-Card unit is serviced twice a year and the Clean-a-Mist antimicrobial solutions are shipped and provided free of charge. Additionally you will have a worry-free warranty that includes parts, labor and shipping or a replacement unit shipped within 5 days.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $1900 is required as a downpayment for the Clean-a-Card unit. This will be all you will pay as long as you stay current on the Clean-a-Care Full Service Agreement for 24 months.
MONTHLY RATE FOR THE FULL SERVICE AGREEMENT
The monthly rate for the lease is $200 and shall be paid in advance in installments of $200 each month, beginning on the date of first payment and on the first day of each succeeding month throughout the term
PAYMENTS
Payments must be made via ACH agreement or credit card in the amount of $200 per month for a total of 24 months.
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
MicrobeProof™ will provide maintenance service every 6 calendar months and MicrobeProof™ will pay for the return and subsequent repair or replacement of the unit, shipping the unit back (or an alternative working unit) within 5 business days of receipt.

50 Clean-a-Card units have been allocated for the Clean-a-Care program. For a deposit of $500 per unit you can reserve your allocation. The $500 will be credited to the Service Agreement initial investment once the unit is ready to ship.

INITIAL INVESTMENT

Payments must be made via ACH agreement or credit card in the amount of $200 per month for a total of 24 months for the term of the Agreement.
MATERIALS
Over the term of the Service Agreement consumable materials, such as the Clean-a-Mist antimicrobial solution, will be delivered on a monthly basis, or as required, free of charge.
