MicrobeProof is dedicated to bringing you, our customer, the latest in antimicrobial technology. Your Clean-a-Card unit has a full 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy. All Clean-a-Card Products purchased from MicrobeProof may be returned within 30 days of receipt, as described below, to ensure that customer satisfaction is made on every purchase.
We will accept returns within 30 days of the original receipt only if the product was purchased directly from Clean-a-Card.com. Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- Please allow between 5 to 15 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
- MicrobeProof, Inc. Returns Policy as stated above is not applicable to any Partners of MicrobeProof (i.e. Resellers, Distributors, etc.)
To return or exchange an item, you will need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please go to the account icon on the top right of our home page and click on My Account and then click on RMA Request. Please complete and submit the RMA Form. Once we receive your request, you will receive an email notification with a prepaid shipping label and further instructions to complete your RMA process.
